Defect product

We send you a new one for free!

If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.

1. Manual measurement, please allow 0 ~ 1cm error, thank you for understanding.

2. Due to differences between monitors, pictures may not reflect the actual color of the project. We make sure the types are the same
3. Please note that the bulbs in the picture are not shipped with LED/ Edison bulbs. Thank you in advance
