Track your order

Once your order is received by the shipping company, you will automatically receive an email with a track and trace code after processing your product so you can easily track your products online.

It happens that an order is shipped in 2 parts, the 2nd part may then be delivered on a different date.

We send you a new one for free!

If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.
