How will my beanbags be delivered?

At ActDesignShop, we ensure that your beanbag arrives in perfect condition. To guarantee this, our beanbags are shipped unfilled. Many of our beanbags are too large to ship filled, as they exceed the maximum size limits set by shipping carriers.

This method prevents damage during transport and ensures that the cover remains intact, as shipping filled beanbags can sometimes lead to issues such as holes or tears in the beanbag.

When you received the package, filling the beanbag is simple and quick, usually taking just a few minutes if you follow the included instructions. These instructions were sent to you via email and can also be found online here.

Please keep the plastic bags (buy a plastic bag here) in which the fillings where packaged until you are sure you want to keep the beanbag. If you decide to return the beanbag, the filling must be returned in these plastic bags to ensure a proper return process. Read more

What happens when a product is out of stock?

You can leave your email and you will get notified when the products are back in stock so you will be the first that could purchase.

Why do some packages take longer than other products?

Certain products may have a longer delivery time due to extended production time or other factors. If a product has a longer shipping time than usual, this will be clearly stated on the product page. In such cases, the delivery time mentioned on the product page will apply.

Where do i track my order?

When your order is shipped from the warehouse, an email will be sent to you with a track and trace that the goods are on their way, this also contains tracking information and contact details.

You can track your order here: Tracking Info. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking details to become available. If it takes a little longer than expected, please wait a few more days before contacting us, we always try to process it within this time frame but it can sometimes be busier than normal. (not present on weekends).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

What delivery information will I receive about my order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, an email will be sent to you with a track and trace that the goods are on their way, this also contains tracking information and contact details.

We pass on your email address and telephone number to the carrier, so that they can always contact you if you are not at home, they will not always contact you due to the busyness. They often come by a second time to try to deliver your order. Then it goes to a collection point if this is not possible the second time.

What happens if the delivery failed?

If the delivery is unsuccessful, a note will be left and the delivery person will also try to deliver again the following day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, you will be asked to collect your purchase from a specified location. If they do not hear from you within 10 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

You could leave us a message when the tracking say it has been returned to sender so we can send you a new one. We are happy to help and solve your issue.

I recently received an order and would like to report an error

In the unlikely event of a product fault, please email us the details at support@actdesignshop.nl. Please include your order number, name and telephone number and photos of the faulty products so we can process your request as efficiently as possible.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, this is probably due to one of two things:

Your order has not actually been placed and processed.

You entered an incorrect email address with your order.

If you are sure that the email address associated with your order is correct, check the spam folder in your email program to see if your confirmation is there.

No, we don't have everything in the showroom. We do have enough color samples and quite a few models. So feel free to send us a message about which beanbags you would like to see. We will then see what we have for you and whether an appointment is suitable.
