Delivery

What delivery information will I receive about my order?

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, an email will be sent to you with a track and trace that the goods are on their way, this also contains tracking information and contact details.

We pass on your email address and telephone number to the carrier, so that they can always contact you if you are not at home, they will not always contact you due to the busyness. They often come by a second time to try to deliver your order. Then it goes to a collection point if this is not possible the second time.

All orders are packed as soon as possible and within 3-5 working days a tracking will be available that is sent by email. If it takes a little longer than expected, please wait a few more days before contacting us, we always try to process it within this time frame but it can sometimes be busier than normal. (not present on weekends).

What happens if I miss the delivery?

If the delivery is unsuccessful, a note will be left and the delivery person will also try to deliver again the following day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, you will be asked to collect your purchase from a specified location. If they do not hear from you within 10 days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

How will my beanbags be delivered?

Many of our bean bags are too large to ship filled. This is because they exceed the maximum dimensions of carriers.

Carefully open the outer box and remove the cover and filling from the box. Take a moment to read the instruction leaflet to know what to do. If the instruction leaflet is not included, please send us a message via WhatsApp so we can send it to you digitally. Filling is easy and usually only takes 2 people a few minutes.

Keep the packaging for a while after setting up the bean bag. We recommend this because if for any reason you decide to return your purchase, you may need these boxes again to be able to send the bean bag back.

How long does it take to have something custom made?

Custom products may differ from regular orders. Custom products will take extra time and will take around 14-28 days production time.

Returns and malfunctions

I recently received an order and would like to report an error

In the unlikely event of a product fault, please email us the details at support@actdesignshop.nl. Please include your order number, name and telephone number and photos of the faulty products so we can process your request as efficiently as possible.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received an order confirmation email, this is probably due to one of two things:

Your order has not actually been placed and processed.

You entered an incorrect email address with your order.

If you are sure that the email address associated with your order is correct, check the spam folder in your email program to see if your confirmation is there.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email that your goods are on their way, which will also include tracking information and contact details.

I would like a copy of the invoice for a recently placed order.

Please check your email, because normally we automatically send out invoices. If you did not received it and you need a VAT invoice, please send an email to support@actdesignshop.nl

Which delivery company do you use?

All our orders are shipped with PostNL, DHL, BPost, Peddler, DPD, GLS.

We usually send you the track and trace within 3-5 working days by email. The shipping then takes around 1-7 working days. If you have not received it yet, please wait a while before contacting us. It is possible that you will receive it anyway. If you have ordered custom-made products, this can take around 14-28 days.

Do you have everything in the showroom?

No, we don't have everything in the showroom. We do have enough color samples and quite a few models. So feel free to send us a message about which beanbags you would like to see. We will then see what we have for you and whether an appointment is suitable.
