Shipping Policy

Free Shipping (The Netherlands & Belgium)

We offer free shipping for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs apply to other countries depending on the destination.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and prepared for shipment.
  • Custom-made furniture and products may have a production time of 14-28 days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
  • The total delivery time will be calculated by adding the processing time and delivery time together.

Partial Deliveries

Please note: Orders may be delivered in multiple parts, meaning different items from your order could arrive on separate dates. Some products are shipped from our Dutch warehouse, while others are dispatched directly from international warehouses.

Important Notes

Delivery times may vary. If a different delivery time is indicated on the product page, that timeline will apply.
You will receive Track & Trace codes once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package online. Please note: The Track & Trace codes for items consisting of multiple components may not be sent at the same time. You will receive a separate email with the additional Track & Trace codes.


Lost Package or Missing Items

If your package or part of your order is missing, we will first make an effort to locate your package and file a case with the relevant carriers. If the package cannot be found, we will discuss the next steps.

Insured Shipping Option

We offer an insured shipping option to ensure that your package arrives safely. If you selected the insured shipping option and your package is not delivered, we will reimburse you up to the maximum coverage provided by the insurance plan you chose. The available insurance coverage options are listed on the shipping page.

If you choose not to opt for insured shipping, we will not offer a refund, but we will provide compensation in the form of a partial refund based on the value of the goods.

Misuse of this option will not be tolerated.
