All our orders are shipped with PostNL, DHL, BPost, Peddler, DPD, GLS, Hermes, Eurodis.
When your order is shipped from the warehouse, an email will be sent to you with a track and trace that the goods are on their way, this also contains tracking information and contact details.

If it takes a little longer than expected, please wait a few more days before contacting us, we always try to process it within this time frame but it can sometimes be busier than normal.
