Our Poufs are delivered from two locations: some of the product is shipped from the Netherlands and some comes directly from abroad. This ensures that we can offer you a wide range of the best quality. Please note that this may cause the delivery time to vary slightly, but we always make sure that you can enjoy your new pouf as soon as possible. Thanks to this method, we can guarantee that your poufs will arrive undamaged and in optimal condition!

Easy Returns: You can return your product within 14 days of receipt without any reason. Simply fill out the return form to initiate the process.

We send you a new one for free!

If your product does not work as it should, you will receive a new one after we have inspected and confirmed it. You can receive your actdesignshop products within 14 days of receipt in case of defect. Can you make a clear video of the defect? Then we can arrange everything for you remotely and send you a new one.
