Terms and Conditions of ActDesignShop
Article 1 – General
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of ActDesignShop, located at Westeinderweg 14, 1687 PL, Wognum, The Netherlands.
1.2. By placing an order with ActDesignShop, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not place an order.
Article 2 – Warranty Conditions
2.1. ActDesignShop offers a warranty on products under the conditions outlined in these warranty terms.
2.2. The warranty is valid only for defects within the warranty period (14 days after receipt) resulting from a manufacturing fault.
2.3. The warranty does not cover:
Article 3 – Beanbags and Fillings
3.1. The filling of beanbags is considered a consumable product and has a warranty period of 3 months.
3.2. The first delivery contains enough filling for 3 months of use, including extra filling. Customers are advised to store the extra filling.
Article 4 – Defects and Damage
4.1. Tears, holes, or seams coming apart are not covered under the warranty unless reported within 14 days of receipt and caused by a manufacturing defect.
4.2. Damage caused by improper use, such as extreme conditions or negligence, is not covered by the warranty.
4.3. For damage covered by the warranty, ActDesignShop offers free repair or replacement. Other cases can be resolved for a fee.
Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Your order may be delivered in multiple parts. This means products may arrive on different dates depending on the stock location.

Products are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands or internationally. Quality is always guaranteed.

5.5. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track the delivery.

6.2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs and risks are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning items with a Track & Trace code.
6.3. Defects
In case of defects or manufacturing faults within the warranty period, you can contact us for a free repair or replacement.

Article 8 – Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. ActDesignShop processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. Data is used solely for order processing, communication, and customer service.
Article 9 – Payment and Prices
9.1. All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
9.2. Orders are shipped once full payment is received.
Article 10 – Liability
10.1. ActDesignShop is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.
10.2. Liability is limited to the product's value and applies only to manufacturing defects.
Article 11 – Changes to the Terms and Conditions
11.1. ActDesignShop reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the website.
Article 12 – Applicable Law
12.1. Dutch law applies to all transactions.
12.2. Disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands.
