Returns
You have 14 days to try out your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can submit a return or exchange request. If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, we will gladly find a suitable solution for you.
Return Registration and Return Form
To process your return, follow these steps:
Important: Returns that are not registered through the return button or sent without the return form cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Do not forget to include the return form with your package!
If you have ordered a larger beanbag (e.g., 500 liters or more), there may be multiple packages of filling. In this case, you must return all the bags of filling as they were shipped and the return shipping costs will double.
3.4 Beanbags Delivered Filled
If you have received a beanbag that was delivered already filled (this usually applies to beanbags with foam filling), the return shipment needs to be sent to only one address as a whole. It should be returned exactly as it was shipped to you. You will receive the correct return instructions via email.
If you are exchanging your beanbag cover, you can keep the filling and only return the cover. The shipping costs for exchanging the cover are as follows:
If you wish to exchange the filling as well, please contact us for the correct instructions and conversion details for the required filling quantity.
You will receive the correct return addresses and detailed instructions via email after completing the return form.
Custom-made or specially ordered products are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is defective.
Would you like to exchange a product? Fill out the return form, and our customer service will contact you with available options. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement product as quickly as possible.
Exchange Conditions: After the exchange product has been shipped, refunds are no longer possible, except within the original 14-day return period.
To register a return and receive the correct return address, please fill out the return form on our website. After filling out the form, you will receive the return address via email. This address is the only valid return address. Please include a copy of the return form with your package.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories.
Within 14 days of your return registration, we will refund the purchase amount. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive the amount within 20 days on the original payment method. This does not apply to exchanges.

If the returned product is not in the same condition as when received, or if parts are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer only a partial refund.
Packages must be sent directly to our business address. Returns to service points will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
